With immediate effect, the process for calling off a DDYFA appointment has changed and is outlined below:
DDYFA appointments are published weekly on their website - http://www.ddyfa.co.uk/LeagueFixtures
Once published all call offs are to be made BY EMAIL to appointments@aprefs.co.uk whereby you will receive an automated response and at which point a replacement referee will be sought by Referee Appointments Officer - Kelly Kyle.
Re-allocation Officers i.e. Dougie Fordyce, Chic Nicoll & Steve Milliken should no longer be contacted for call offs.
Also, there is no longer any requirement to call off to John Manzie.
This change is made to further streamline our operations and I wish Kelly every success in her expanded role.
I'd also like to thank Dougie, Chic & Steve for their sterling efforts over a significant number of years.
