With regards to DDYFA can I reaffirm that Kelly Kyle is only the re-allocation officer for the games and she does not make the original appointment.
So please still business as usual with John Manzie for your availability in future weeks so he can appoint the games.
You should only contact Kelly Kyle if you need to call off your game once it has been appointed by John Manzie.
If calling off, please email appointments@aprefs.co.uk with your game, pitch, kick off time and the reason your are calling off. You will receive a reply when your game is covered.
Also please refrain from giving out Kelly Kyles phone number to managers, they should follow the instructions given to them by DDYFA if requiring to switch pitches, she does not deal with this.
