Female Referee Coaching Day

As per the Calendar of Events, I can confirm that the Female Referee Coaching Day scheduled for Sunday 11th February 2018 will be held at Oriam, Heriot Watt, University Edinburgh, EH14 4AS.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 10.00 hrs and will consist of a fitness and/or practical element in the morning from 10 – 12 noon (on Grass) for this you are asked to bring along your flags, whistle, cards and suitable footwear. Lunch will be 12.00 – 1.00 pm and the afternoon session will be classroom based from 1.00 – 3.00 pm.

I would encourage all female referees to make the effort to attend what I am sure will prove to be a very worthwhile day. I appreciate that this is also MD1 for the SWPL1 and SWPL2 season however this had to be arranged prior to our knowledge of the fixture calendar. Additionally we believe attendance at this development day will benefit your performance over the coming season. Please encourage your colleagues to attend as all levels of female referees are welcome and encouraged to attend.
