Can the Committee take the opportunity to remind members of article 3.6.4 of the Association Constitution:
- A member can only be associated with a football club, supporters’ association or football association committee by prior written consent of the Management Committee (as such term is defined within Article 5.1), which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Under no circumstances must there be a conflict of interest.
Further to the above, could any student please confirm which University or College they are studying at?
This can then be passed onto the Appointments Coordinator to ensure there are no conflicts of interest for those who wish to make themselves available during the daytime Monday-Friday.
The membership renewal forms will be altered in due course to include this information.
