GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Angus & Perthshire RA will strictly adhere to the Scottish
Government and SFA Guidelines at all times.
DO NOT attend if you have any COVID-19 symptoms however mild (new persistent
cough, high temperature or loss/change in sense of taste or smell).
Do NOT attend if member of your same household has symptoms or
is self-isolating.
DO NOT attend if not actively training – spectators are not
encouraged.
Members from high risk groups should self-assess whether they
should attend training. If uncertain, consult your doctor for advice.
ONLY attend after contacting the Covid-19 Co-ordinator and receiving approval to attend. No longer
able just to turn up and expect to join the training session.
When allowed to attend training, be punctual arriving no earlier
than 5-10 minutes before commencement of session. Late arrivals may not be
permitted to join the training.
When allocated to a group for training, please remain in the
same group in attempt to limit any spread of the virus and to simplify any
future Test and Protect requirements.
If you feel unwell at any time at training, immediately advise a COVID-19 officer and go directly home immediately and visit NHS Self Help Guide
website requesting a test if appropriate.
Adopt F.A.C.T.S. – face coverings, avoid crowded spaces, clean
hands regularly, 2 metres physical distancing applied and self-isolate if you
have symptoms.
If you are unable to attend training, please notify Gerry or
myself of the reason (eg. illness, work, family commitments, studies, on game
etc.) prior to the session as the Scottish FA continue to require an attendance
record to be maintained.
BEFORE TRAINING PROCEDURES
Contact appropriate COVID-19 Co-ordinator to confirm that you
are intending to train. Only attend, when in receipt of approval.
Self-check – if you have symptoms DO NOT attend.
Only members from the same household are permitted to travel
together. If using public transport, face coverings must be used.
Be prepared to train without use of changing facilities – turn up ready to
train. Don’t bring kit bags. Bring your OWN water bottle, face coverings,
tissues, and hand sanitiser (no sharing permitted).

DUNDEE
TRAINING -
Restarts Tuesday,
22nd September 7pm to 8.30pm using the usual 1/3 part of an atroturf pitch.
Given the size of the training surface, guidelines restrict numbers to 14 plus
3 coaches maximum. It is essential you contact Neil prior to attending.
PERTH TRAINING – remains
suspended until further notice.
Any
significant breaches to the above protocols, could lead to a variety of
measures being taken including an individual Member being suspended from
training to the entire training area from being prevented from continuing in
the present format.
Every Member has a responsibility to ensure compliance with the
guidelines is strictly adhered to.
Given the unprecedented circumstances, guidelines from Government and the
Scottish FA are likely to change. As a result, the above procedures may vary.
Your health and safety are paramount, and no risks will be taken to compromise
this. Your patience and understanding are appreciated as we endeavour to resume
training for the benefit of all members.
Any questions / queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind regards
Neil
