Referee Extranet - Profile Photo

18 Oct 2018

Message sent on behalf of Scottish FA:

It is appropriate to issue a reminder as to the style of photograph which should be uploaded in a referee’s Personal Details.

The photograph should be a portrait one – head and shoulders only, preferably wearing referee kit.

It has been increasingly noticeable that a variety of other styles, predominantly action shots, are being used. On many occasions the action shot is a long range one – it is impossible to recognise the referee, which is the purpose of uploading a portrait photograph.

There are also photographs where the referee is either with another person or in a group, at a ground or with a football trophy. There should be no other persons or items in such a photograph. Only the referee.

Referees who require to update their photograph are requested to do so as soon as possible.

In My Details, there is an edit button at the top left corner of the photograph which enables a photograph to be uploaded.

Your assistance would be appreciated.
